Job Description:

Join our team as a Material Handler and play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for the safe and accurate movement, storage, and retrieval of materials and products within the warehouse. Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products.
Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and documentation of received goods.
Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
Transport materials and products to designated storage areas within the warehouse.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and locations.
Assist in organizing and arranging the warehouse for efficient storage and accessibility.
Prepare materials and products for outbound shipments, including packing, labeling, and palletizing.
Verify and double-check orders to ensure accuracy before shipment.
Load and unload trucks and containers using appropriate equipment.
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to a supervisor.
Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting as needed.
Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet operational goals.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Participate in training sessions and meetings as required.
Follow company policies and procedures for quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar role is preferred but not required.
Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to safely operate material handling equipment and machinery.
Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects.
Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to follow them rigorously.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
