Job Description:
Join our team as a Hotel Receptionist and be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. As a Hotel Receptionist, you will handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk. Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures, providing information about hotel services and amenities.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to provide effective solutions and ensure guest satisfaction.
Manage room reservations and ensure accurate and timely updates in the hotel’s reservation system.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address guest concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
Coordinate with other hotel departments, including housekeeping and maintenance, to fulfill guest requests and maintain a high standard of service.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and reception area, to create a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional attitude toward guests and colleagues.
Proficiency in using reservation software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to every guest.
