Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as email correspondence, report generation, and guest database management.
Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Cash Handling: Manage night audits, including balancing receipts and handling financial transactions.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a hotel receptionist role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Basic computer skills for handling reservations and administrative tasks.
