Job Description:

Join our team as a Store Clerk and assist with the daily operations of our retail store. As a Store Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by providing excellent service and maintaining a well-organized and efficient store environment. Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner, addressing their inquiries and helping them locate products within the store.
Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves, ensuring that products are displayed neatly and in an organized manner.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s POS system, handling payments, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
Maintain a clean and orderly store environment, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting shelves and displays.
Collaborate with the store management team to ensure that all products are appropriately priced and labeled, with any promotions or discounts clearly displayed.
Assist with receiving and unpacking merchandise shipments, verifying the accuracy of delivered products and notifying the management team of any discrepancies.
Follow safety and security procedures to prevent theft and ensure the safety of customers and staff.
Provide support to other store staff as needed, including assisting with customer inquiries, product recommendations, and special orders.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Basic mathematical skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
