Responsibilities:
Assist guests in making reservations, providing information about room availability, rates, and hotel services.
Manage and update the hotel’s reservation system, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all bookings and cancellations.
Respond to guest inquiries and provide information on hotel amenities, policies, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay for guests.
Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally, aiming to provide effective solutions and ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude in all guest interactions, promoting a friendly and hospitable atmosphere at the hotel.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is an asset, with a strong understanding of reservation systems and hotel operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Proficiency in using reservation software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
