Job Title: Pharmacy Receptionist
Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
Assist customers with inquiries about products, prescriptions, and services.
Manage and maintain customer records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Process prescription orders, including data entry and verification.
Schedule appointments for customers and assist with medication consultations.
Assist in billing, insurance claims, and payment transactions.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Follow pharmacy policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Professional and courteous demeanor, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Familiarity with pharmacy software and point-of-sale systems is beneficial.
Knowledge of basic medical terminology is a plus.
