Job Title: Day Care Staff for School
Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and ensure the safety of children in the day care program.
Create a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere for children to learn and play.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and play opportunities.
Attend to children’s basic needs, including feeding, diapering, and napping.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress and needs.
Foster positive social interactions and cooperation among children.
Maintain a clean and organized day care space.
Ensure compliance with school policies and safety regulations.
Provide a warm and welcoming environment for children and their families.
Offer emotional support and comfort to children when needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Early Childhood Education or related coursework is a plus).
Previous experience working with young children in a day care or educational setting.
Passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to work in a team.
Basic knowledge of child development and age-appropriate care.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Background check and clearances as required by local regulations.
