Key Responsibilities:
Clean and tidy guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards and procedures.
Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries.
Dust, vacuum, and sanitize all room surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
Restock in-room amenities and refreshments.
Inspect and report any maintenance or room service issues to the appropriate department.
Organize and maintain the cleaning cart and supplies.
Address guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Ensure security and privacy of guest rooms while performing cleaning tasks.
Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Collaborate with the housekeeping team to meet daily cleaning targets.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Hotel Room Attendant or in a similar role is beneficial but not required.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work efficiently and independently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical fitness for extended periods of standing and moderate lifting.
