Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
Provide information about products, services, and resolve customer issues
Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or promotional campaigns
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent
