As we continue to delight our patrons, we are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our kitchen team as Kitchen Staff.

Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces
Follow recipes and cooking procedures to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation
Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, fryers, and slicers in a safe and efficient manner
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste
Assist chefs and cooks with plating and garnishing dishes to ensure presentation meets company standards
Stock and organize kitchen inventory, including food ingredients, cooking utensils, and cleaning supplies
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely preparation and delivery to customers
Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to prevent cross-contamination and foodborne illnesses
Adhere to kitchen policies and procedures regarding hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
Assist with other duties and tasks as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager

Requirements:
Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment preferred but not required
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic kitchen environment
