Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Address customer inquiries, provide information about products/services, and resolve issues or complaints effectively and efficiently.
Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments.
Listen actively to customers to understand their needs and concerns, and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
Navigate computer systems and databases to access customer account information and update records as needed.
Follow company protocols and scripts to ensure consistency and compliance with quality standards.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction ratings, and sales targets.
Escalate complex issues or unresolved complaints to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
Maintain a positive attitude and uphold company values while interacting with customers and colleagues.
Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to navigate computer systems and multitask efficiently.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
