Job Title: Office Boy for Real Estate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Office Boy to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized office environment, providing administrative support to the team, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This role is crucial in creating a positive and professional atmosphere for both clients and team members.

Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the office premises, including common areas, meeting rooms, and workspaces.
Ensure the availability of office supplies and coordinate with the administrative staff to replenish as needed.
Assist in basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including distribution to the appropriate recipients.
Prepare and serve beverages to clients and team members as required.
Monitor and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed in the office to the relevant authorities.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as an office boy or similar role, preferably in a real estate setting.
Basic knowledge of office equipment, including printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
Professional and courteous demeanor.
Ability to handle basic clerical tasks with attention to detail.
Physical fitness and ability to perform light manual tasks.
