Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administration Executive to oversee the administrative functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including managing office supplies, coordinating office maintenance, and handling correspondence.
Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance, training, and support as needed.
Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management and other staff members.
Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports as required.
Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee records, vendor contracts, and financial documents.
Assist with budget planning and monitoring expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and visitors.
Coordinate with other departments, such as human resources, finance, and operations, to support cross-functional initiatives and projects.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline administrative workflows.
Qualifications:

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other office software.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks and documentation.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
