As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
Process orders, returns, and exchanges
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
