Position: Teaching Assistant

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in planning and implementing educational activities
Provide support to students in understanding lesson content
Supervise students in the classroom and during activities
Assist with grading and record-keeping
Collaborate with teachers and parents to address student needs
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

Relevant educational background or certification
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Patience and empathy working with students
Ability to follow lesson plans and assist in classroom management
Passion for contributing to students’ academic and personal growth
