Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs
Uphold a positive and customer-friendly atmosphere
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to handle challenging situations with composure
Familiarity with product or service knowledge
Proficient in using customer service software and systems
Multilingual abilities are a plus
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
