Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our finance team as a Junior Accountant. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and supporting various accounting activities to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with financial regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
Help in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Handle general ledger entries and maintain accurate records.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
