Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team and contribute to the efficient management of our document control system.

Responsibilities:
Manage the creation, revision, distribution, and archiving of documents in accordance with company procedures.
Ensure that all documents are accurate, complete, and adhere to quality standards.
Collaborate with various departments to gather and organize documents for timely retrieval.
Maintain a systematic filing system and ensure easy access to relevant documents.
Conduct regular audits to verify document accuracy and compliance.
Train staff on document control processes and best practices.
Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in [relevant field] or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role.
