Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our finance team as a Junior Accountant. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of general ledger entries.
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Assist in the preparation for audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Perform routine financial calculations and analysis.
Keep abreast of changes in accounting regulations and standards.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
