Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule the transportation and delivery of goods to customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to arrange shipments and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs paperwork, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Track and monitor the movement of shipments in transit and provide updates to relevant parties as needed.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and logistics activities using computerized tracking systems.
Resolve logistics issues and address customer inquiries and concerns related to shipments and deliveries.
Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate the loading and unloading of shipments and ensure efficient use of warehouse space.
Assist with inventory management activities, including cycle counts, stock replenishment, and stocktaking.
Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities to optimize logistics operations and reduce expenses.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all logistics activities.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in logistics coordination, transportation management, or related field preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in using computerized logistics software and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of transportation regulations, customs procedures, and international shipping requirements.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or overtime as needed.
