Job Title: School Bus Attendant

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a responsible and caring individual to join our transportation team as a School Bus Attendant. The School Bus Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of students during their commute to and from school. Responsibilities:
Assist students with boarding and exiting the school bus safely.
Ensure that students are seated properly and wearing seat belts if required.
Monitor student behavior and enforce bus safety rules and regulations.
Provide assistance to students with special needs or disabilities as needed.
Communicate effectively with the bus driver and school staff regarding any issues or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bus interior.
Conduct emergency evacuation drills and ensure that students are familiar with emergency procedures.
Report any incidents, accidents, or disciplinary issues to the appropriate authorities.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience working with children or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Physical stamina and the ability to assist students with boarding and exiting the bus.
Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures.
Flexibility to work morning and afternoon shifts.
