We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive experience.
Inbound Calls: Handle incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
Inquiry Resolution: Address customer inquiries, issues, and requests accurately and efficiently.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Acquire a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information.
Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns.
Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions and transactions in the system.
Upselling: Identify upselling opportunities and inform customers about promotions and offers.
Communication: Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding inquiries and resolutions.
Customer Feedback: Gather and communicate customer feedback to improve processes and services.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
