Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our sales support team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and facilitating the sales process. Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, orders, and product information.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the sales team to process orders, provide quotes, and follow up on sales leads.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inquiries in the CRM system.
Assist in tracking and monitoring customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and pricing to effectively assist customers.
Prepare and send sales-related documents, including invoices and quotes.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.
Collaborate with other departments, including logistics and finance, to meet customer needs.
Assist with administrative tasks to support the sales team, such as data entry and reporting.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or sales support is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service is a plus.
