Job Title: Office Boy
Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office, including common areas and workspaces.
Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and maintaining a tidy appearance.
Assist with making tea or coffee for office staff and guests.
Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents as required.
Distribute incoming mail, packages, and documents to the appropriate recipients.
Run errands such as banking, post office visits, or purchasing office supplies.
Assist with setting up meeting rooms and ensuring they are ready for scheduled appointments.
Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
Assist with occasional administrative tasks as directed by office management.
Be responsive to ad-hoc requests and provide support for various office-related duties.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with office staff.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional and courteous demeanor.
Previous office or similar experience is a plus, but not required.
A valid driver’s license (if running errands is a part of the role).
