As a CCTV Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring surveillance cameras, identifying security threats, and coordinating with on-site personnel to ensure the safety of our clients and their assets. Your role is critical in maintaining a secure environment through proactive monitoring and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor live CCTV feeds to detect and assess security threats or suspicious activities.
Operate and navigate through various surveillance systems to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Coordinate with on-site security personnel and emergency responders when necessary.
Document and report incidents, maintaining accurate records of activities.
Conduct routine checks on equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall security protocols.
Respond promptly to alarms or alerts and take appropriate action as per established procedures.
