Responsibilities:
Monitor live CCTV feeds to detect and respond to security incidents
Operate and maintain surveillance equipment
Conduct routine checks on CCTV cameras and related systems
Collaborate with security personnel and law enforcement when necessary
Document and report suspicious activities or incidents
Review recorded footage as part of investigations
Maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken
Follow security protocols and guidelines
Assist in training security staff on CCTV operations

Requirements:
Proven experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar role
Knowledge of CCTV equipment and surveillance technology
Ability to multitask and stay focused during extended monitoring periods
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations
High school diploma or equivalent
