Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues
Diagnose and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
Collaborate with other IT team members to implement solutions and upgrades
Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure
Respond to user inquiries and educate them on IT best practices
Document and maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
Stay current on technology trends and updates
Participate in IT projects and initiatives

Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
Familiarity with hardware components, peripherals, and troubleshooting techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) is a plus
