Responsibilities:
Clean and tidy guest rooms and public areas according to established standards and procedures.
Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture to maintain a clean and orderly environment.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors, using designated cleaning agents and equipment.
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with hotel policies and environmental regulations.
Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards, and report any discrepancies to the appropriate department.
Replenish supplies such as toiletries, coffee, tea, and drinking glasses in guest rooms as needed.
Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities, room service, or assistance with luggage.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, providing courteous and efficient service to guests.
Follow safety and security protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and adherence to fire and emergency procedures.
Collaborate with fellow team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:
Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred but not required; we welcome candidates with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks, lift and carry supplies, and bend, stoop, and reach overhead.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
Commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques preferred.
Willingness to comply with dress code and grooming standards established by the hotel.
