Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and assist with luggage
Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel services
Handle check-in and check-out procedures when needed
Arrange transportation for guests as requested
Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance
Ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings
Collaborate with other hotel staff to enhance guest experience
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bellboy or in a similar role
Strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of hotel facilities and services
Ability to handle luggage and provide assistance to guests
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
Physical fitness for the demands of the role
