Job Title: Barista

Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage products, following recipes and quality standards.
Operate espresso machines and other equipment with precision and attention to detail.
Interact with customers in a friendly and engaging manner, taking and fulfilling orders efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and serving areas.
Upsell and promote special menu items and products to enhance the customer experience.
Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and provide correct change.
Stay informed about coffee varieties, brewing methods, and industry trends.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and a passion for coffee culture.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic math skills for cash handling.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
