Role and Responsibilities:

Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately, adhering to presentation standards and ensuring guests’ satisfaction.
Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly to requests for additional items, condiments, or refills.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
Process payments accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and electronic transactions with professionalism and integrity.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Uphold high standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene at all times.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and create a positive dining experience.
Excellent multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tables simultaneously.
