Job Title: Hostess

Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Hostess. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of dining space.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate seating and service.
Assist with answering phone calls and taking reservations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess station and lobby area.
Monitor the dining room for any issues or special requests from guests.
Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus.
