Perfect Line is currently seeking a courteous and attentive Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. Your responsibilities will include assisting guests with inquiries, coordinating reservations, and addressing any concerns to ensure a pleasant stay.

 Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus
