Key Responsibilities:

Guest Greeting: Welcome guests upon their arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, offering assistance and providing an excellent first impression of the establishment.

Luggage Handling: Assist guests with their luggage, transporting it to their rooms and ensuring its safe delivery.

Information Provision: Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, amenities, and services, as well as local attractions and dining options.

Transportation Arrangements: Arrange for taxis, airport shuttles, or other transportation options as requested by guests.

Valet Parking: Offer valet parking services for guests’ vehicles, ensuring their safe handling and parking.

Guest Assistance: Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and special needs promptly and professionally, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay.

Bell Desk Organization: Maintain the bell desk area in a clean and organized manner, ensuring that all necessary supplies are readily available.

Safety and Security: Adhere to security and safety protocols, safeguarding guests’ belongings and reporting any suspicious activities.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments, including front desk, concierge, and housekeeping, to coordinate guest services effectively.

Customer Service Excellence: Strive to exceed guests’ expectations and ensure their satisfaction throughout their stay, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or certification is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
Physical fitness and the ability to handle luggage and perform physical tasks.
Customer-focused mindset with a positive and welcoming attitude.
Professional appearance and demeanor, representing the hotel or resort with professionalism.
Time management skills to handle multiple guest requests efficiently.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the hotel’s operational needs.
Knowledge of local attractions, events, and transportation options.
