As a Barista at Café in Dubai, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and maintaining the cleanliness of the coffee station. Your passion for coffee, creativity in latte art, and warm personality will enhance our customers’ coffee experience.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet customers with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
Prepare and serve a range of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and lattes.
Follow recipes and ensure consistency in coffee preparation.
Provide product knowledge and suggest coffee pairings to customers.
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth coffee shop operations.
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
Attend to customer inquiries and resolve any issues with excellent customer service.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
Passion for coffee and knowledge of different coffee beans and brewing methods.
Creativity in latte art and presentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
