Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Sharjah, UAE

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
– Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, and issue resolution.
– Provide personalized solutions and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
– Document and track customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
– Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic demeanor at all times.
– Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.

**Qualifications: **
– High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
– Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and patience in dealing with customers.
– Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems.
– Ability to handle high-volume interactions while maintaining quality.
– Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
– Bilingual proficiency in English & Hindi is an advantage.
