Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while handling customer concerns.
Update customer records and information accurately in our database.
Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer requests.
Follow established call center procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.

Ability to navigate computer systems and multitask effectively.

Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus.
