Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hotel Supervisor to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our hotel’s various departments. As a Hotel Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of guest service, managing staff, and overseeing daily operations. Your leadership skills, hospitality expertise, and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our hotel and the satisfaction of our guests.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the operations of different hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and more.
Lead, train, and mentor hotel staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
Monitor and manage guest experiences to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Handle staffing needs, including scheduling and performance management.
Analyze financial reports and budgets to make informed decisions for profitability.
Drive sales and upselling initiatives to enhance guest experiences.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hotel management.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Hotel Supervisor, Front Office Manager, or similar role is required.
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Understanding of various hotel departments and their operations.
Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and hospitality standards.
Business-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving financial goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field is preferred.
