Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and make reservations.
Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure timely room availability.
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Follow hotel policies and procedures for guest interactions.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist or in customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems and booking software.
Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy periods.
Friendly and welcoming demeanor with a customer-focused mindset.
Attention to detail and ability to handle guest requests efficiently.
Familiarity with local attractions and services is an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent.
