Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and seat them at their designated tables.
Present menus to customers and answer any initial questions they may have.
Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
Enter orders into the POS system and ensure their timely delivery to the kitchen.
Serve food and drinks to customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
Check in with customers to ensure their dining experience is satisfactory.
Clear tables and prepare them for the next set of diners.
Process customer payments, handle cash, and provide accurate change.
Upsell menu items, specials, or beverages to enhance the dining experience.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
Handle customer concerns, complaints, or special requests professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area throughout the shift.
Follow health and safety guidelines in food handling and service.
Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a waiter or waitress is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for accurate order taking and payment processing.
Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant technology.
