Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and guest-focused Guest Relations Manager to join our team. As a Guest Relations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional and memorable stay by providing outstanding customer service and addressing their needs and concerns. Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth experience.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Personalize the guest experience by anticipating and fulfilling special requests.
Coordinate and assist with guest reservations and arrangements.
Maintain guest records and ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
Monitor guest feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure exceptional guest service throughout their stay.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in guest relations or a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using hotel management software and systems.
Knowledge of local attractions, dining, and services is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
