Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
Provide information about products, services, and policies
Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Record and maintain accurate customer information in the database
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of concerns and gather feedback
Identify opportunities for process improvement and share customer insights with the team

Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent
