Job Description:
Join our team as an IT Support Specialist and provide essential technical assistance to our staff and clients. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to staff and clients, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, performing diagnostic tests and identifying appropriate solutions.
Set up and configure network equipment, ensuring connectivity and security for all devices.
Maintain and update IT documentation, including manuals, procedures, and configurations, to ensure accurate and accessible information for future reference.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain security protocols, data backups, and disaster recovery plans.
Offer training and technical guidance to staff on the use of hardware, software, and other IT tools.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications and technical training will be considered.
Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting in an IT environment.
Proficiency in operating systems, such as Windows and macOS, and familiarity with network protocols and hardware components.
Strong knowledge of software and application troubleshooting, including Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly used business software.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
