Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients from initial inquiry through event execution
Communicate with clients to understand their event needs, preferences, and budget constraints
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and event estimates to clients
Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, menu planning, rentals, staffing, and transportation
Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure all event details are executed seamlessly
Create and maintain event schedules, timelines, and production sheets
Conduct site visits and attend planning meetings with clients as needed
Manage event budgets and expenses to ensure profitability and cost control
Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Assist with marketing and promotional efforts to attract new clients and grow the catering business

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field preferred
Previous experience in catering, event planning, or hospitality industry required
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
Positive attitude, creativity, and passion for delivering exceptional service
