Responsibilities:
Actively seek out and engage prospective customers to promote and sell the company’s skincare products
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of the skincare products
Provide personalized skincare recommendations and advice to customers based on their needs and preferences
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up
Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry
Strong passion for natural skincare products and a genuine interest in promoting health and wellness
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives
Knowledge of local market trends and consumer preferences in the skincare industry
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
