The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Assist in preparing reports and presentations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
